Managed subsequent on‑chain governance campaigns that ratified protocol parameter changes and treasury disbursements, including multi‑signer transitions and delegated voting arrangements. Decisions made under this leadership established precedents used by the DAO for vetting proposals and implementing upgrades. Participated in public communications and governance forums to shepherd contentious votes and to operationalize the transition from developer control to a token‑governed model.
