Directed the engineering roadmap for the Cartesi Machine and Cartesi Rollups

Oversaw the technical and product strategy that produced the project's core technologies: the Cartesi Machine (a Linux-based off-chain computation environment) and the Cartesi Rollups architecture for verifiable off-chain execution. These design decisions defined the project's approach to deterministic computation, state proofs and how complex software stacks could be anchored to blockchains, directly shaping the on-chain role and demand profile for the CTSI token. Led and coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver the protocol releases, prioritized features such as deterministic replay, transaction receipts and native support for popular developer toolchains. Executive choices determined resource allocation for research versus ecosystem incentives and set the release cadence that affected developer adoption trajectories and on-chain usage metrics tied to CTSI staking and fees. Managed major fundraising and token distribution events, including coordination with exchange listings and liquidity providers. Decisions on token allocation, vesting schedules and ecosystem grants influenced market supply dynamics and investor expectations for CTSI, linking operational product milestones to token-market performance. Represented the project in public technical disclosures and governance discussions, approving protocol upgrade paths and rollout practices. Those formalized steps reduced technical uncertainty for integrators and directly affected developer confidence and long‑term token utility assumptions.
