protocol architecture, mainnet launch, tokenomics design
Led the technical roadmap, development and deployment of the Injective Chain, coordinating engineering teams responsible for the chain implementation on Cosmos SDK and the integration of cross-chain bridging modules. Oversaw the design and delivery of core modules used by the protocol, including orderbook DEX logic, staking, governance contracts and relayer integrations, which directly shaped how INJ is used for fees, staking and on-chain governance. Directed the tokenomics and distribution mechanics that determined initial supply schedules, vesting for team and investors, and incentives for liquidity mining programs. Managed and approved upgrade proposals and governance parameters that altered staking economics, fee models and module parameters; these operational decisions had measurable effects on supply dynamics, staking participation and market liquidity for INJ. Coordinated releases, audits and partner integrations with exchanges, relayer teams and infrastructure providers, including formalizing upgrade timelines and migration steps. Those public technical actions — mainnet launch, major hardening upgrades, and cross-chain bridging deployments — materially influenced developer adoption, on-chain activity volumes and the tradability and utility profile of the INJ token.
