Eduardo Navarro serves as CEO of Empresas Copec, a Chilean conglomerate controlled by the Angelini family that is one of Chile's largest and most important companies. Copec's corporate structure is dominated by two major businesses: a 99.98% stake in Celulosa Arauco (Arauco), one of the world's largest forestry and pulp companies, and Copec S.A., the leading fuel distributor in Chile with a significant presence in Colombia through Terpel. Arauco is the primary value driver for Empresas Copec. The company manages over 1.7 million hectares of forestry plantations across Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, operates multiple pulp mills producing over 5 million tons annually, and has a significant wood panels and sawn timber business.
