Douglas Lefever is the President and CEO of Advantest Corporation, the world's leading semiconductor automated test equipment (ATE) company headquartered in Tokyo. Advantest's V93000 and T2000 testers are the industry standard for validating the most advanced semiconductors, including the AI accelerator chips (GPUs, TPUs, custom ASICs) driving the current AI infrastructure boom.
