Doug Petkanics
strategic direction, governance design, fundraising and ecosystem partnerships
Played a central role in converting a research and open‑source prototype into a coordinated protocol actor capable of ongoing upgrades and market interactions. Responsibility for setting governance priorities and public positioning translated into concrete decisions about token allocation, staking parameters and the division of responsibilities between a company, a foundation and an open contributor base. Worked to secure early funding, partnership agreements and exchange listings that materially affected initial liquidity and the concentration of tokens among stakeholders. Those decisions influenced incentive alignment for delegators, transcoders and developers and set precedents for how proposals and treasury decisions would be executed on chain and off chain. Maintained visible stewardship of the community and institutional relationships, which shaped narrative framing and adoption pathways. Interaction with developer communities, video platforms and infrastructure partners under executive leadership supported practical integration use cases and incremental protocol design changes driven by market feedback.
