These actions affected concrete policy choices such as transaction finality expectations, dispute resolution workflows and custodial responsibilities that governed how the OMG token would circulate and be custody‑handled in early deployments. By authorising specific implementation timelines, audit scopes and operational policies, the engineering lead shaped both the technical deliverables and the regulatory/operational posture of OmiseGO. Those choices materially influenced project risk profiles, the pace of adoption in pilot programmes and the practical conditions under which market participants interacted with OMG tokens.
