As the company leader guided the translation of AirSwap's design from research into production code and token economics. Responsibilities included steering engineering priorities for the Swap smart contracts, approving the AST token specification and orchestrating the engineering work to mint and distribute AST according to the published sale and allocation schedules. These concrete steps established the on‑chain contract addresses and the initial circulating supply that underpin AST's market existence. As product lead coordinated integrations between the off‑chain order relay model and on‑chain settlement, approving the use of EIP‑712 typed data signing for off‑chain orders and the matching conventions used by maker nodes. Direction over these protocol details determined how AST would function as an access/utility token within the AirSwap ecosystem, including staking and node incentives described in whitepapers and developer documentation. Operationally managed announcements, third‑party audits, and exchange listing outreach for AST, arranging security reviews that affected investor confidence and listing readiness. Oversaw partnerships with liquidity providers and developer tooling efforts (SDKs and registries) that materially affected AST transaction flows and early market liquidity. Through executive decisions on token distribution, audit remediation and product pivots, had direct practical influence on AST's contract-level parameters, initial market supply, and the technical conventions traders and integrators used when interacting with the token and the AirSwap protocol.
