Implemented Obelisk codebase and led security hardening of wallets and nodes

Led delivery of the Obelisk consensus reference implementation, committing protocol logic that governed block validation, transaction ordering and fork resolution. Those commits served as the canonical implementation used by downstream nodes and therefore determined how the network reached agreement in practice.
