Protocol design, smart contracts, ERC‑20 token implementation
Oversaw technical specification and delivery of the Power Ledger platform that underpins POWR utility. Directed development of the smart contract architecture, including the ERC‑20 POWR token contracts and the X‑Grid/Trading modules used to settle peer‑to‑peer energy trades. Those engineering decisions determined on‑chain token behavior, permissions and burn/mint mechanics where applied, directly affecting token circulation and functional constraints in markets. Managed integration of distributed ledger components with off‑chain metering, IoT gateways and settlement backends during multiple field pilots. This work included defining APIs, oracle mechanisms for meter data, and failover settlement rules so that POWR tokens could be reliably used in live retail and community energy projects, thereby creating measurable token demand and use cases. Contributed to specification documents, led developer teams and coordinated external audits of smart contracts and platform modules. Public release cycles, testnet deployments and fixes authored under his leadership changed the trust assumptions and operational risk profile of POWR, influencing exchange acceptance, custodial services and institutional willingness to support the token.
