Designed governance processes, authored on-chain proposals and established treasury management frameworks
Led the formalization of BanklessDAO governance architecture, translating community debates into concrete on-chain mechanisms. Drafted and shepherded governance proposals on token allocation, voting quorums and guild structures that were executed via Snapshot and multisig treasuries, directly determining how BANK holders could influence spending and protocol direction. Those procedural choices affected token holder incentives and the practical utility of BANK as a governance instrument. Implemented treasury custody and operational processes by coordinating Gnosis Safe setups, multisig signers and proposal flow between guilds and the council. Oversaw the establishment of grant cycles, budget approvals and partnership disbursements, which dictated outflows from the DAO treasury and therefore the rate at which on-chain assets entered markets or were locked for long-term initiatives. Managed governance communications and dispute resolution during contentious votes, proposing amendments and emergency measures that altered the course of proposals and market reactions. The combination of institutional process design, documented proposals and operational execution anchored BANK’s role in governance and had measurable effects on on-chain vote turnout, treasury deployments and secondary-market behavior.
