Martin Taylor

Martin Taylor serves as CEO and CIO of Crabel Capital Management, a systematic short-term trading firm. Crabel was founded by Tom Basso (author of "Market Wizards" fame) and has developed into a multi-strategy systematic trading organization. Under Taylor's leadership, Crabel has expanded from its origins in short-term pattern trading to encompass a range of systematic strategies across futures markets globally. The firm is particularly known for its expertise in short-term systematic trading approaches that complement longer-term trend following strategies in diversified systematic portfolios. Taylor has significant experience in the CTA industry dating back to when the space was much smaller and less institutionalized.
