Led specification, launch conditions and rollout of the deposit contract and Beacon Chain used by staking products

Acted as a primary coordinator for the Ethereum 2.0 transition, defining the practical launch conditions, genesis criteria and operational procedures for the Beacon Chain and its deposit contract. Authored and reviewed specifications that determined how and when user ETH could be converted into validator stakes, and organized testnet and mainnet preparations that validated the deposit contract semantics and genesis threshold behavior. Managed communication with client teams and infrastructure operators to ensure consensus rules and deposit handling matched the specification. Those concrete deliverables—release checklists, genesis conditions, and finalized deposit contract code—are the technical artifacts that exchanges and custodians reference when issuing tokenized staked products like BETH. By shaping the logistical and technical rollout, influenced how quickly custodial actors could accept deposits on behalf of users, how immediate staking rewards were accounted for in off‑chain ledgers, and what operational risks (slashing, withdrawals sequencing) needed mitigation. That coordination narrowed technical uncertainty and reduced execution risk for market actors building staking derivatives and on‑exchange staking services.
