Organized guilds, managed operational execution and coordinated liquidity programs and contributor incentives
Managed day-to-day DAO operational processes that translated governance decisions into executed programs and market-facing events. Led coordination between product, content and grants guilds to ensure proposals were implemented on schedule, which influenced the timing and volume of token emissions tied to contributor rewards and performance incentives. These operational timings in turn affected short-term supply dynamics for BANK. Built and ran contributor incentive systems and bounties, setting criteria for token payouts and vesting that determined how rapidly tokens flowed from treasury to market. Negotiated with market-making partners and coordinated liquidity events or incentive-driven liquidity mining campaigns, impacting available trading depth and initial post-launch spread conditions for BANK. Served as a liaison between community stakeholders and treasury governance, ensuring that operational deployments matched documented budgets and Snapshot approvals. That practical execution role converted strategic allocations into real-world transfers and contracts, creating measurable impacts on circulating supply, on-chain transfers and the immediate liquidity profile of the token.
