Negotiated ecosystem partnerships and exchange listings that expanded CTSI liquidity
Directed the operational execution of Cartesi's go‑to‑market strategy, securing strategic partnerships, developer integrations and exchange relationships. Those commercial agreements determined which trading venues listed CTSI, the timing of listings and the initial liquidity pools or market‑making arrangements used to bootstrap tradability. Led negotiations with ecosystem projects to prioritize integrations of Cartesi Rollups and developer tooling. Practical outcomes included coordinated testnet deployments with partners and joint developer grants that raised on‑chain activity for CTSI‑denominated operations, influencing token demand from application usage rather than pure speculation. Oversaw the structuring of liquidity incentives, such as seed liquidity provisions, market‑maker onboarding and coordinated airdrops or grant programs tied to adoption milestones. Operational choices on these programs altered short‑term supply circulation and the available on‑exchange volumes for CTSI, affecting price discovery and trader behavior. Managed investor and community communications related to commercial milestones and listing events, reducing asymmetric information around liquidity provision. The cumulative effect of these delivery decisions materially shaped how accessible and liquid CTSI became across centralized and decentralized venues.
