Designed in-game economy, rarity curves, NFT utility and player reward mechanisms that shaped token demand and community incentives

Formulated the core economic levers of the game: resource sinks, reward rates, rarity distributions and the utility of ALICE within gameplay. Set parameters for drop schedules, rarity curves and crafting costs that directly influenced scarcity signals and the pace at which new items entered circulation. Defined the utility of NFTs beyond collectible status by integrating them into gameplay mechanics such as land ownership, production modifiers and event access. By architecting rights and functions for tokenized assets, influenced whether players would hold assets for gameplay value or trade them on secondary markets. Established royalty and fee structures for marketplace transactions which affected perceived long‑term value capture for creators and the project. Worked closely with smart‑contract and UX engineers to ensure the designed mechanics could be implemented securely and intuitively, proposing fallbacks and parameter caps to protect against exploitative behaviors. Adjusted economic levers in response to beta telemetry and community feedback, executing concrete changes to drop cadence and reward curves to stabilize in‑game inflation and maintain engagement. Through designing how players earned, spent and perceived value, shaped community incentives and the behavioral patterns that govern token acquisition and retention; those practical decisions had downstream effects on secondary‑market turnover, NFT valuation and how the broader player base regarded ALICE as a utility token.
