Defined token issuance, led the ICO and governed early treasury decisions
Led the organization of the token issuance event and early governance framework that determined initial COCOS supply dynamics and distribution to strategic holders. Drove the whitepaper sections on token allocation, vesting schedules, and community incentives, and authorized the multisig treasury controls used during the post-sale period. These concrete decisions set lock-up periods and release mechanics that affected sell-side pressure in early trading. Managed coordination with exchanges and primary purchasers during listing windows, approving allotments and lock-up waivers for selected partners. That operational oversight influenced initial order book depth and the token’s ability to sustain price discovery in the weeks following the ICO. Maintained executive control over early fundraising proceeds and reallocation decisions for ecosystem grants, which altered available liquidity for developer incentives and market-making programs. The combination of issuance mechanics, treasury policy, and partner coordination produced measurable effects on COCOS circulation and market behaviour.
