Chen Bang

Chen Bang is the founder and chairman of Aier Eye Hospital Group, the world's largest chain of eye hospitals. He founded the company in 2003 with a single ophthalmology clinic in Changsha, Hunan Province, and through a relentless hub-and-spoke expansion strategy built it into a network of over 800 eye care facilities across China.
