Developed a production-grade issuance and compliance stack for security tokens through Securitize, including the DS Protocol that encodes identity and transfer constraints into token workflows. The platform combined issuer onboarding, accredited investor verification, cap table management, and programmable transfer restrictions so that tokens could be issued under Reg D, Reg A or other securities exemptions with auditable on-chain behaviour. These concrete product decisions allowed corporate issuers and fund managers to move from pilot phases to live STOs while meeting legal obligations. Led integrations with custodians, broker-dealers and secondary marketplaces to enable lifecycle management of tokens after issuance. By operationalizing transfer agent functions and KYC/AML checks within the issuance pipeline, the platform reduced manual reconciliation and provided a repeatable template for compliant token distribution. Securitize's publicized issuances and partnerships served as demonstrable case studies for regulators and institutional clients evaluating tokenized securities. As a result, the DS Protocol and Securitize tooling materially shaped the issuer-side economics and operational playbook for STOs: lawyers, underwriters and technologists adopted the platform's patterns for embedding investor eligibility, transfers and corporate actions into tokenized instruments, accelerating practical uptake of security token issuance in multiple jurisdictions.
