Designed the Orchid probabilistic micropayment scheme and led core smart contract development

Led the technical specification and early implementation work that defined how OXT functions as an on‑chain payment token. Authority over protocol choices included drafting and iterating the probabilistic micropayment mechanism that allows negligible per‑packet payments over Ethereum, authoring the initial smart contracts used to lock and transfer stake, and determining gas‑efficiency tradeoffs for on‑chain settlement. These concrete engineering decisions shaped the token's real‑world utility and on‑chain cost model. Influence extended to coordinating the first developer releases and reference client, supervising the audit process for core contracts and choosing off‑chain relayer patterns. By steering the initial architecture, practical constraints such as payment batching, nonce handling, and fallback payout logic were embedded into the protocol and token flows, directly affecting how OXT is earned, spent and settled across relays. Operational leadership also included enacting upgrade pathways and compatibility rules used during early token launches and mainnet interactions. Those documented implementation choices determined which exchanges and wallets could integrate OXT with acceptable risk profiles and thus had a downstream effect on listing feasibility and developer adoption.
