Drove development of subgraph tooling, hosted services and early ecosystem partnerships that increased protocol adoption

Focused on product development and ecosystem coordination that translated protocol capabilities into usable developer experiences. Activities included prioritizing and overseeing the delivery of Subgraph Studio, Graph Explorer features and hosted tooling that lowered the bar for dApp teams to publish and maintain subgraphs. Led outreach and partnership efforts with early dApp teams and infrastructure providers to validate subgraph workflows and surface integration requirements. Those partnerships generated significant query volume for the network and produced feedback loops that shaped subsequent tooling requirements and performance optimizations. Managed product roadmaps that aligned core protocol upgrades with developer needs, ensuring that Graph Node releases, subgraph spec changes and UX improvements were delivered in a sequence that supported adoption. These documented product decisions materially affected on‑chain indexing patterns, the composition of indexer workloads and the practical demand for GRT as an economic instrument for purchasing indexing services. Helped coordinate the transition of certain operational roles to community governance structures and supported grant and contributor programs. The concrete artifacts of this work—launched tools, integration milestones and partnership agreements—are directly linked to increased usage metrics and the platform’s commercial viability.
