Chief Technology Officer and Lead Engineer · Ampleforth

Implemented core rebase mechanics, governance smart contracts and upgrades that determined token supply behaviour and on‑chain governance execution.

Directed the technical implementation of Ampleforth’s rebase engine and the smart contracts that underpin token behavior and governance interactions. Engineering decisions included gas optimization of rebase loops, oracle and price‑feed integrations, and rollback/upgrade patterns for on‑chain contract changes. Authored and reviewed pull requests and releases that introduced governance modules enabling FORTH holders to submit and queue proposals, cast votes, and trigger executable transactions against the protocol treasury. These commits and releases were directly responsible for how proposals were scheduled, how voting power was calculated, and how on‑chain execution was gated by timelocks and multisig arrangements. Coordinated with auditing firms and the community during security reviews and bug fixes that affected the stability of supply changes and voting contracts. The resulting technical choices constrained available parameter changes and reduced vectors for reentrancy or supply manipulation, thus materially affecting FORTH’s risk profile and operational reliability. Engaged in cross‑project integrations by adapting contract interfaces for Uniswap/Balancer pools and lending markets, enabling composability that increased token utility. The engineering roadmap and implemented code therefore directly shaped both the functional behavior of FORTH and its capacity to interoperate within DeFi infrastructure.
