Built and scaled YGG’s scholarship operations, operational governance and asset management that affected token utility and yield flows
Led the operational implementation of the scholarship model and day‑to‑day management of Yield Guild Games’ distributed scholar network, converting strategic design into repeatable operating procedures. Instituted onboarding, revenue‑sharing mechanics, and asset custody practices for hundreds of scholars, which determined the flow of game earnings through the guild and ultimately influenced how much value accrued to the guild treasury and token holders. Managed on‑chain asset tracking, rental agreements and coordination with marketplace partners to execute NFT purchases, transfers and revenue settlements. Operational choices about fee structures, scholar splits and asset allocation thresholds had direct effects on realized yields, turnover of NFT holdings and the velocity of tokens entering secondary markets. Oversaw internal governance processes related to treasury use, vesting enforcement and community manager networks, translating DAO proposals into executable operational changes. These actions materially shaped short‑term liquidity events, periodic sales from treasury reserves and the cadence of token distributions to stakeholders.
