Defined SFP on‑device UX, staking and claim flows and coordinated product integrations with third‑party DeFi services
Developed the in‑app user experience and product mechanics that translated tokenomics into actionable user flows: claiming airdrops on device, enrolling in staking programs, and interacting with on‑wallet DeFi integrations. Specific product deliverables included flow diagrams, acceptance criteria for security checks, mobile UI implementations and backend endpoints to track claims and vesting. These deliverables directly affected user uptake and retention for SFP. Coordinated integration sprints with external protocol teams and market partners to support cross‑chain swaps, on‑device staking and partner airdrops, converting partnership agreements into shipped product features. Product management choices about which DeFi protocols to prioritize drove which liquidity pools and staking options SFP holders could access directly from SafePal, shaping token utility and on‑ramps. Implemented analytics and telemetry used to measure claim conversion rates, staking participation and feature retention, enabling iterative adjustments to incentive mechanics and promotional timing. Product‑level experimentation and pivot decisions altered the effective supply in circulation (through timed claims and staking lockups) and had measurable impact on short‑term trading volumes. Led community communication around product launches and token campaigns, producing documentation, in‑app prompts and coordinated announcements that synchronized technical launches with marketing events. The orchestration of product releases and communication materially influenced user behavior, adoption speed and the perceived utility of SFP within the SafePal user base.
