Led design of the agent‑centric Holochain architecture and defined HOT token distribution in the project's ICO

Led the formulation of Holochain's agent‑centric architecture and authored foundational design documents that set the project's technical direction. Those documents specified the runtime model, data integrity rules and the role of distributed hosting — elements that determined how on‑chain/off‑chain interactions and resource accounting would work for applications that later used HOT as an entry token. Direct design choices influenced expected use cases for HOT and how it would be allocated between hosts, developers and community incentives. Directed technical coordination during the project's early fundraising phase and participated in defining the ICO distribution mechanics for HOT, including sale tranches, vesting schedules and allocation to operational reserves. Those concrete tokenomics decisions affected initial circulating supply, lockups and therefore early market liquidity and price discovery for HOT on exchanges. Guided the research and public communication around Holochain's differentiation from blockchain architectures, producing materials and talks that framed HOT's intended utility as a transitional ERC‑20 representation and as part of a broader hosting credit model. These public technical positions shaped developer adoption priorities and institutional partners' evaluations of HOT's utility. Maintained ongoing advisory and technical stewardship roles that translated protocol design trade‑offs into product milestones and release schedules, thereby creating predictable technical roadmaps that market participants and investors used to assess project risk and token value.
