Platform governance, community organization, tokenomics design

Played a central role in designing the institutional and governance framework that determined how Decentraland would operate as a decentralized virtual world. His work on articulating on‑chain governance processes, the formation of the Decentraland Foundation and the handover to community governance established the procedural backbone that linked MANA holdings to voting power, LAND rights and grant allocations. Influence manifested through concrete policy instruments: initial LAND sale mechanics, vesting and distribution schedules, and the proposals framework that allowed token holders to influence platform economics. Those decisions affected perceived scarcity and long‑term incentives for holding MANA, directly shaping demand signals among speculators and users alike. In addition to formal governance design, significant community building and communication efforts under his leadership grew the developer and content creator base. That social layer increased on‑chain activity, driven adoption metrics and provided narrative momentum during market cycles, amplifying MANA's valuation sensitivity to platform engagement. Over time the institutional choices made in the project's formative period constrained future policy options and set precedents for dispute resolution, grantmaking and protocol upgrades, leaving a durable imprint on how treasury spending and economic levers affecting MANA are debated and executed.
