Developer adoption, tooling, UX and dApp onboarding

Spearheaded product initiatives that eased developer onboarding, including documentation, SDKs and integrations with popular Ethereum tools. These improvements lowered friction for teams deploying smart contracts and bridges, driving higher transaction volumes and recurring demand for MATIC as a fee and staking asset. Product choices around UX and API design also influenced the composition of on‑chain activity and the types of applications that gained traction on Polygon. Worked closely with growth teams to design incentive programs, hackathons and grants that targeted specific verticals such as gaming, DeFi and NFTs. The targeted onboarding increased token velocity and liquidity across decentralized exchanges and market makers by generating use cases that required MATIC for settlement and operational costs. Such product‑driven demand loops played a measurable role in early network effects. Coordinated feedback cycles between developers and protocol engineers to prioritize features that improved performance and interoperability. This role helped align roadmap priorities with real-world usage patterns, smoothing upgrades and minimizing disruptions to staked economic flows. As a result, product governance and technical evolution remained attuned to the needs of both builders and economic actors within the Polygon ecosystem.
