Oversaw the specification and implementation of ALICE token allocation, vesting schedules for team and partners, and the way in-game assets would be represented and transacted on-chain. Those decisions determined initial circulating supply dynamics, the structure of rewards for players, and the technical interfaces of the marketplace. Directed integration between the game client and blockchain components, approving the smart-contract designs for minting, transfer and marketplace fees that shaped how NFTs were created, traded and burned. Led partnerships and fundraising efforts that defined initial liquidity events and distributions, aligning release schedules with product milestones and community incentive programs. Operational control over these elements made the project's token utility and supply behavior concrete and auditable in smart contract code. Managed the product roadmap that prioritized features with direct token implications — staking, in-game purchases with ALICE, and secondary-market royalties — and supervised iterations to the on-chain modules when gameplay economics required adjustments. Through governance of technical requirements and token release policy, influenced both developer implementation and the economic behavior observed by markets and players. The combination of directing tokenomics, approving smart-contract interfaces and steering marketplace rules produced a direct and practical impact on how the ALICE token functions inside the game ecosystem and how it entered tradable markets, creating the baseline conditions for subsequent liquidity and community engagement.
