Defined tokenomics, led the 2017–2018 token sale and secured early commercial pilots
Led the project through its formative fundraising and market-entry phase by designing token allocation rules, vesting schedules and the public token sale mechanics used in 2017–2018. Practical choices on circulating supply, investor tranches and community allocations were established under direct oversight, which materially determined initial exchange listings and on‑chain liquidity dynamics. Directed business development efforts that translated the protocol roadmap into enterprise pilots across food and pharmaceutical supply chains. Negotiated and announced early commercial trials and partner integrations that created real-world demand signals for AMB tokens as payments for services and devices, affecting short‑ and medium‑term token velocity. Managed external communications, investor relations and roadmap pivots that responded to pilot results and regulator feedback. Public statements, whitepaper revisions and the structuring of token locks and unlocks were coordinated by the executive office and influenced secondary market supply and holder expectations. Overall, executive decisions on fundraising structure, partner selection and market messaging established the initial liquidity profile and exchange access for AMB, with downstream effects on price discovery and project financing during the first two years of operation.
