Led engineering that implemented Ronin's smart contracts and bridge logic which hosted and transferred SLP off Ethereum

Oversaw architecture and engineering work that turned Ronin from a concept into a production sidechain responsible for storing and transferring Axie assets and SLP. Technical responsibilities included defining smart‑contract responsibilities for token custody, designing the bridge message flow and validator set, setting up node and monitoring infrastructures, and guiding third‑party audits and fixes. Those engineering choices directly determined how SLP balances were held on Ronin versus Ethereum, the mechanics of mint/wrap/unlock flows, and the operational procedures for deposits and withdrawals. Led immediate technical remediation after the Ronin bridge compromise, coordinating code patches, contract upgrades and forensic analysis with external security firms and internal teams. Decisions on whether to pause bridge functionality, implement rollbacks or require multi‑party signatures for critical operations originated from the engineering leadership and had direct, measurable impacts on SLP availability and user access to balances. Continued to shape the technical roadmap that affected SLP scalability and performance, such as on‑chain transaction batching, gas‑cost optimizations and interface contracts used by marketplaces. Those technical interventions changed transaction costs for SLP transfers, influenced on‑chain trading behavior and constrained or expanded the practical throughput of SLP flows during peak play‑to‑earn activity.
