Spearheaded commercial engagements that translated product capability into measurable transaction volumes. Led negotiations and contract signings with e‑commerce merchants and payment processors to activate UTK payments at checkout, defining merchant fee structures, settlement currency options and timing for UTK‑denominated settlements. Structured payout rails that allowed merchants to receive settled funds in fiat or UTK, shaping how much token supply circulated from merchant treasuries back to markets. Co‑ordinated with exchange counterparties to list UTK on multiple trading venues and worked on market‑making arrangements and liquidity support commitments. Executed partnership pilots with payment gateways and fiat partners to simplify on‑ramp and off‑ramp flows, reducing frictions that previously limited merchant adoption and on‑chain turnover of UTK. Managed onboarding playbooks and integration templates used by technical teams to accelerate merchant activation. These operational and commercial steps had a direct causal impact on daily on‑chain transaction counts, settlement volumes and the availability of tradable token supply, thereby shaping short‑ and mid‑term market liquidity for UTK.
