Alistair Phillips-Davies serves as CEO of SSE plc, the UK's largest developer and operator of renewable energy and a major regulated electricity network owner. SSE has been transformed from a vertically integrated utility into a focused clean energy company through strategic divestitures (the retail energy supply business was sold) and investment in renewables and networks.
