Led the initial design and ongoing product strategy for the Orion cross‑exchange liquidity aggregator and its native token economics. Under management responsibility included drafting the whitepaper and token distribution model, defining ORN staking incentives, and setting parameters for liquidity mining and rewards that directly shaped the token's on‑chain utility and demand. Managed deployment of the protocol's core smart contracts and orchestrated integrations with centralized and decentralized venues, including technical coordination of API gateways and routing logic. These concrete engineering and product decisions determined how external order books, DEX pools and CEX APIs are aggregated and how ORN is used within the gateway for fees and staking collateral. Led partner negotiations and overseen public releases such as the Launchpad participation and subsequent listing activities, coordinating code audits and upgrade paths. The combination of tokenomics, smart‑contract design and integration choices under this leadership produced material effects on ORN liquidity, staking uptake and the mechanics of fees within the Orion ecosystem.
