Implemented token contract upgrades, coordinated security audits and executed migrations that changed token behavior and supply controls
Implemented multiple on‑chain contract updates that adjusted how VIDT tokens were issued, staked, and burned in relation to attestation services. Tasks included refactoring token allowance flows, adding staking hooks for verification nodes and executing migration transactions that transferred state between contract versions. Those engineering actions directly modified the token's on‑chain behavior and therefore impacted circulating supply, vesting mechanics and market liquidity. Commissioned and coordinated third‑party security audits, triaged reported vulnerabilities and pushed fixes into production releases. The remediation work changed contract interfaces, introduced administrative multisig controls and imposed new constraints on upgradeability. Those changes influenced market perception of contract security and affected trading behaviour through trust signals and reduced risk of on‑chain incidents. Built tooling for scripted contract migrations and batch state transfers to minimize friction during upgrades and ensure continuity of enterprise integrations. That operational capability reduced downtime for partner services and prevented sudden token lockups or unlock events that could generate volatility. Worked closely with the CTO and legal counsel to ensure contract changes complied with commercial agreements and regulatory expectations, aligning technical upgrades with business and compliance timelines to limit adverse market effects.
